These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ZeusDB products, services, websites, and related applications. By using ZeusDB you agree to these Terms and to any additional service-specific policies we publish. If you do not agree, do not use ZeusDB.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old or the age required by your local law to use ZeusDB. You are responsible for your account, including keeping credentials confidential and ensuring your information is accurate.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• No interference with service integrity or performance.
• No unauthorized access or scanning of systems.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Comply with data protection laws when you upload or process data.

Subscriptions and payment

If you purchase a paid plan you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, taxes, and cancellation terms shown at checkout or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change prices with prior notice for the next billing period.

Intellectual property

ZeusDB and its logos, software, and documentation are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You own your content and data. By submitting content you grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the service to you.

Confidentiality and security

We handle customer data as confidential and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. Security features may include access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging, and options like SSO and RBAC in applicable plans.

Data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. If required, we will enter into a data processing agreement for customers subject to GDPR or similar laws. You are responsible for notices and consents related to the data you bring to ZeusDB.

Third-party services

Integrations and third-party services are provided by their respective owners and subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party products unless stated in a separate agreement.

Disclaimer of warranties

ZeusDB is provided as is and as available. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeusDB will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid to ZeusDB for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ZeusDB against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using ZeusDB at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination you should export your data. Some sections survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will provide notice in the product or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
